- Develop and nurture strong customer relationships to maximize retention and drive growth.
- Conduct thorough policy reviews and provide expert recommendations tailored to customer needs.
- Manage and resolve complex customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Leverage your in-depth knowledge of insurance products to confidently recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Ability to work across product lines and assist customers with their life, health, and financial needs.
- Collaborate with agency departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
- Current Property & Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses.
- Current or recent experience with a State Farm agency.
- Strong management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding production goals.
- Comprehensive understanding of and strict adherence to compliance guidelines.
- Demonstrated ability to drive agency growth through strategic sales and customer engagement.

- Our office is located in Georgetown Kentucky.
- Our office is open 830 am until 5PM and by appointment.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1999.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
- We have 90 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
