RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
- Help us in retaining our customers with exceptional customer service
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Entry level Role with Paid Training- no experience required.
- Competitive Hourly Pay with simple bonus opportunities
- Clear growth path (30/60/90-day milestones) and support toward state licensing
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
- Build real-world skills: customer service, sales, and modern office tools.
- Supportive Team, predictable schedule, and a workplace that values reliability and effort.

Compensation: $15 to $22 Per Hour.
Compensación: $32,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Crop Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, y Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Georgetown Kentucky.
- Our office is open 830 am until 5PM and by appointment.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1999.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
- We have 90 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, Crystal Excellence Award, National Quality Award, Silver Scroll, Golden Triangle, Bronze Tablet, y New Agent Program Qualifier
