ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Steve Woodrum - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
This is an IN PERSON 8:30 to 5:00 PM opportunity in Georgetown.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Must currently have valid Property & Casualty insurance license. Candidates without licensing are not eligible for this position
Must have minimum of 6 months of insurance agency CSR experience.
Preference given to those with current or past State Farm experience.
Signing Bonus Available for those that qualify

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

About Our Agency

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Crop Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Georgetown Kentucky.
Our office is open 830 am until 5PM and by appointment.
I have been a State Farm agent since 1999.
Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
We have 90 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, Crystal Excellence Award, National Quality Award, Silver Scroll, Golden Triangle, Bronze Tablet, and New Agent Program Qualifier
