Signing Bonus Details:
Qualified candidates will receive a $2,000 signing bonus:

$1,000 after 30 days of employment
$1,000 after 6 months of employment

An active Property & Casualty License and 1 year of insurance service experience are required to qualify.

Role Overview:

Build relationships with policyholders
Handle policy changes, billing, claims guidance
Conduct coverage reviews and recommend solutions
Cross-sell additional products as appropriate
Support agency growth through excellent service

This is a service-first role with cross-selling opportunities, rewarding strong client interactions without aggressive quotas.

Qualifications:

Active Property & Casualty License (Required at time of application)
1+ year insurance service or CSR experience preferred
Understanding of policyholder needs in an agent-led environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Life & Health License a plus but not required

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Crop Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Georgetown Kentucky.
Our office is open 830 am until 5PM and by appointment.
I have been a State Farm agent since 1999.
Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
We have 90 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
